Production lines
Tops, bottoms, outerwear, and accessories
We manufacture across the core categories of wearing apparel, from everyday tops and bottoms to outerwear and coordinating clothing accessories. Each line is built to the specification supplied by the client.
Woven and knit constructions are both supported, so partners can source a full range of textile garments from a single production base. Fabric handling is scoped to each order.
Production sequence
Four stages from pattern to shipment
Sample review, pattern grading, bulk assembly, and final quality control run in a fixed sequence on every order.
01 Sample review
Approved samples fix fabric, construction, and fit before production begins.
02 Pattern grading
Patterns are graded across size ranges to keep proportions consistent.
03 Bulk assembly
Garments are cut and assembled to the approved sample across the full order.
04 Quality control
A final audit checks finished goods against the specification before dispatch.
